Warranty Claim

Please be sure to review any areas that were cleaned by Atkins Deck Treatment Service Inc, please complete form if you feel a job is not up to your satisfactory. The reasons for warranty could be missed areas (clean or stain) our warranty for any staining or sealing work is good for (1) calendar year from the date the job was completed. Damages, these need to be reported immediately if items broken or damaged. Other areas of concern can be sent in to review and determine, next steps. Please have name, address, address of the job (if differs), phone number, description of what the issue. Date of sending in notification, date of job (or date of the invoice), please send at least (2) pics of the area that we can see damages or mistake. After we receive the warranty request all information will be uploaded to customer profile, and someone will contact you about the warranty either to have owner, come see area if needs to be seen in more detail. Or possibly there could be a repair date to have the repairs scheduled with a service tech. We try to complete these issues fairly quickly, if weather and temperatures permit, but the warranty jobs become priority until job is corrected and customer is satisfied. If you received an invoice, please do not pay for this invoice until both parties are satisfied and both come to this agreement, however inform the accounting department if there is a warranty in process and they send out an invoice by accident.
